Tuesday

Breakfast:
Three Eggs Scrambled w/Italian Parma Butter

Lunch:
Muscle Milk (I grabbed this at the gas station before my workout, because I wasn't feeling very hungry but knew that I needed something...)

Dinner:
5oz Lamb Burger (Scott had buffalo)
Creamed Kale and Yams
Tomato (from my friend, Jackie's garden...YUM!)
