Pork Breakfast Sausage

Ingredients:
1lb Ground Pork (feel free to substitute another ground meat)
1 T. Garlic Powder
1 T. Ground Fennel
1 T. Dried Sage
1/2 T. Smoked Paprika
1/2 T. Chipotle Chile Powder
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1 tsp. Sea Salt
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
  1. Add seasonings to a bowl and mix to combine. 
  2. Add meat and use clean hands to incorporate seasoning mix into ground pork.

I'm going to try your seasoning mix. I seem to always get carried away with hot spices, but this sounds mild, yet full of flavor!

this looks great. I do highly recommend grinding your own pork. You can buy free range pork shoulder or boston butt for 4 bucks a pound. Use a kitchen aide grinder attachment. The taste really is better and makes for a more delicious sausage.

A very forgiving recipe. I made it with beef, garlic powder, chili powder oregano, salt, pepper and cumin. My kids called it kebob.

Just made this as part of dinner. Incredible. I may never buy sausage again.
