Thanks, Kelly! The snow is pretty much melted, but Stanley the Snow Guy is still standing...at a 45 degree angle, but standing nonetheless. As may have been obvious, by my "snow gear", we don't get snow here very often. :)

I can't believe you haven't made the gratin yet!!! Though, it's probably better you haven't...you're going to be hooked! :) Just be careful with those chipotles...they pack some major heat!
