Run 800M
20 Push Ups
30 Sit Ups
30 Air Squats
30 Lunges

3 Rounds of:
10 Power Cleans (85lb)
10 Burpees
This was a deceiving WOD...one that leaves you feeling like your throat just got rubbed with a brillo pad. Nice...but, a really great workout!
