Breakfast:
Two Eggs (Omega-3) Scrambled w/Ground Venison (3oz)

Snack:
Banana Bread Lara Bar
Scoop of Organic SunButter

Lunch:
Heirloom Lettuce Wrapped Venison Burger w/ Avocado
Handful of Grape Tomatoes

Snack:
Hard Boiled Egg (Omega-3)
1/4 Large Avocado
Handful of Green Grapes
Fresh Squeezed OJ (4oz)

Dinner:
Two Eggs (Omega-3) Scrambled w/ Ground Buffalo (4oz) and Large Zucchini


CrossFit Workout:
Run 800M
Pull Ups
Push Ups
Sit Ups
Squats

Front Squat Work:
95lb(5x)-115lb(3x)-125lb(1x)-130lb*(1x)

*A 10lb increase and new PR from last week! Must be all that buffalo and venison I've been eating... :)

10 Deadlifts (135lb)
50 Double Unders**
