Chicago Day 5

Lunch (at McCormick Place Convention Center):
Grilled Veggie Sandwich (w/the bottom piece of bread)

This sandwich was not even worth the 1/2 piece of bread "cheat", but it was 2pm, I was starving, and I wanted to hang out with Scott for a few minutes, during his convention...our whole cafeteria experience was pretty interesting, to say the least, and actually rang up to total more than some of the better lunch meals we've eaten out.

Dinner (at Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak, and Stone Crab):
Stone Crab Claws
Chiliean Seabass en Papillote

Yes, this dinner more than made up for the crummy lunch experience we had today. And, I will say it again...this place is amazing! The seabass was served with root vegetables that were tossed with olive oil and then cooked in parchment paper (en Papillote) with white wine, and then later drizzled with a watercress emulsion. YUM!
