Chicago Day 4

Lunch (at Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak, and Stone Crab):
Mixed Green Salad
Stone Crab Bisque (definitely some cream in this one...)
Stone Crab Claws (YUM!!!)

This place is pretty amazing! If you've never had stone crab, I've been told (and am now a believer) that this is the place that you have to go!

Dinner (Shaw's Crab House):
Oven Roasted Florida Red Grouper w/Pumpkin Seed Crust and Delicata Squash Puree
