Breakfast (Pre-Airport):
Juice of 1 Large (Huge) Beet, 2 Carrots, 1 lb. of Spinach (yes...that's ALOT!), and 1 Macintosh Apple
Breakfast (at the Airport):
2 Eggs
Lunch:
Shrimp Spiedini (Grilled Skewered Shrimp w/Roasted Eggplant, Red Onions, and Bell Peppers)
We ate at The Macaroni Grill, while waiting for a friend to pick us up from the airport...not too bad.
Dinner:
Grilled Filet w/Asparagus and a Sampling of John's (Scott's friend) Famous Potato Gratin
We also had a couple of Smoked Salmon appetizers (sliced, toasted baguette, with a touch of lemon-chive sour cream and smoked salmon) that he made...so very good, but totally not Paleo! :) Oh well, pretty darned good for a day of travel and eating with friends!
