Paleo Day 6

Breakfast:
Smoothie w/Water, Spinach, Banana, Strawberries, Blueberries, Mango, Peach, and Fish Oil (fresh cold-pressed and really nice tasting...lemony!)

Lunch:
Lettuce Wrapped Buffalo Burger w/Caper Aioli and Tomato
Mixed Greens w/Cucumber, Tomato, Bell Pepper, and Oil & Vinegar

Dinner:
Scallops w/Butternut Squash Puree, Roasted Beets, Sunflower Sprouts, and Frisee (Dragonfly at Hotel ZaZa)
~and~
Libations*
Grey Goose Martini
Glass of Newton Claret
Peach-Jalapeno Martini
Pouring of 20yr Port

*We were there for a few hours...

I'm pretty sure that the scallops were seared in butter, but I didn't feel it necessary to ask for them to modify (using oil instead of butter) this amazing dish in any way. One of the best, most flavorful meals I've had in a while! SOOO GOOD!!!
