Breakfast:
"Bran" Muffin
Smoothie w/Orange, Banana, Peach, Mango, Blueberries, Strawberries, and Spinach
I made these "bran" muffins last night using this recipe:

This recipe yields nine muffins.
Lunch:
Two Eggs Over Easy w/Toasted "Nutty Bread"
Juice of One Cucumber, Two Carrots, Handful of Parsley, Beet Greens (from four beets I'll use in tonight's dinner)
I squeezed in a little bit of lemon to cut the earthiness of the beet greens.
Dinner:
Seared Scallops w/Butternut Squash Puree, Roasted Beets, and Sunflower Sprouts (tossed w/EVOO and lemon)
CrossFit Workout:
3 Minutes of Jumprope
20 Box Jumps
20 GHD Sit Ups
~and~
"Grace"
30 Clean and Jerks (85lbs)
