Head of Cauliflower, cut into florets
1T. Bacon Fat or Olive Oil or Coconut Oil
3 Pieces of Bacon, cut into 1" slices
Chopped Parsley, for garnish (optional)
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Add cauliflower to a bowl and toss with oil, to coat.
- Add seasoning and toss, to coat.
- Add bacon and toss.
- Spread cauliflower mixture onto a baking sheet and transfer to preheated oven.
- Bake about 25-30 minutes, until bacon is crispy and cauliflower is browned.
- Sprinkle with parsley to garnish, if using.
