Snack #1:
Coconut Cream Pie Lara Bar
Snack #2*:
Banana
Planter's Nuts and Seeds Trail Mix (didn't eat the peanuts)

*I didn't bring lunch with me, so I had to stop for a snack at the gas station, on my way to CrossFit...my lack of food/fuel planning created quite the experience with "Fran" today...

Dinner:
8oz Smoked Turkey Breast from Whole Foods
Avocado (1/2 Large)
Apple

I was pretty much ravenous when I finished my workout today...hopefully no one saw me wolfing down my wads of turkey, in the Whole Foods parking lot...

CrossFit Workout:
"Fran"
21-15-9 of:
Thruster (65lb)
Pull Ups

9:27

This was actually a 1.5 minute improvement of my March 14 time...though I have no idea how that could be...for only the second time in my CrossFit experience, I wanted to quit. I didn't quit, but I felt really weak and  had a whole lot of negative talk going on in my head, during this WOD, just reiterating what I already know about the relationship between food, mood, attitude, and overall well-being. Thankfully, Thursday was a different story.

Thursday:
Breakfast:
Four Eggs Scrambled w/Avocado (1/2 Large)
Lunch:
Mixed Heirloom Greens w/Cucumber (2), Avocado, (1/2 Large), Handful Grape Tomatoes, Asparagus (8 spears), 6oz Smoked Turkey Breast, and Cilantro Vinaigrette
Raspberries w/Coconut Milk (3T.)
Dinner:
4oz Buffalo Burger
Apple w/Organic SunButter

Workout:
Yoga (60 Minutes)

I started out my day with a 5:45am yoga class and after yesterday's run-in with "Fran", I think that it was just what I needed. Although I was feeling a little bit frustrated with my inability to hold poses or even attempt a few of them, I felt rejuvenated and focused after this morning's session.
