Thursday

Breakfast:
Three Eggs Scrambled w/Avocado Oil

Lunch:
Genghis Grill Bowl* w/Beef, Shrimp, Broccoli, Cabbage, Squash, Zucchini, Spinach, Cilantro, Ginger, Jalapeno, and Sambal






















*I used an extra bowl of shredded cabbage in place of the usual starch and skipped the sauce. It was fun to get to create your own bowl and to not have to go through the small hassle of modifying my meal...although, they did find it a little odd that I didn't want the "starch" option. One tip the server gave me...load your little bowl with veggies first and then pile the protein on top, to weigh it down...nice!
