Here are my workouts for the week:
Monday:
Three Rounds for Time of:
4 Push Ups
8 Power Cleans to Full Rack Position (95lbs)
12 Burpees
Wednesday:
"Annie"
50-40-30-20-10 of:
Double Unders
Sit Ups
Yoga (60 Minutes)
Thursday:
5K
Friday:
When the clock starts, begin with five burpees and then:
50 Kettlebell swings w/five burpees on the minute, every minute.

400M- 45lb Overhead Carry (locked out the entire time...if you lower the bar, you must stop for the duration)
Sunday:
We played around, in the garage, with weights, kettlebells, and the rower.
*Each workout always includes, at least, a 400M run or 500M row and movement practice.
