*I realize that coffee and caffeine are not included in the Paleo lifestyle, but Scott is home and the coffee smelled good so...I partook. :) It just seemed like one of those coffee kind of mornings...plus it was Starbucks Anniversary Blend. YUM! Besides...I may need the extra boost for this afternoon's CrossFit workout!

We had dinner at Jasper's with our friends, Keith and Julie. My meal was awesome, but I am making the assumption that there was likely some sort of non-Paleo item within it (flour coating on the almond crusted trout? butter used in cooking or sauce?)...regardless, I left satisfied. And, though we were out celebrating Keith's birthday, I did not partake in the dessert...alcohol...now that's another story...it was over the course of 5.5 hours...
