Breakfast:
Three Hard-Boiled Egg Whites
Lunch/Travel Meal:
Red Leaf Lettuce w/Tomato, Mushrooms, Avocado, Sunflower Seeds, and Vinaigrette (Lemon, Olive Oil, Black Truffle Oil, and Sea Salt)
Peaches and Raspberries
Dried Mango
Banana Bread Lara Bar
Dinner:
Blackened Opakapaka w/Field Greens and Mango Salsa
~and~
One Locally Brewed Coconut Lager (YUM!)
Pretty darned good for a travel day...it can be done! :) We're heading to Safeway this morning to stock up on snacks and whatnot and then we're not quite sure what our first day has in store for us! We do know that this week will consist of some hiking, snorkeling, and a day of sea kayaking...I can't wait!!! We may also throw in a few burpees for good measure! ;)
