Paleo Day 11

Breakfast:
Fritatta w/Egg (1 Egg/1Egg White), Zucchini, Asparagus, Basil, Heirloom Cherry Tomato
Toasted "Nutty Bread"
1/2 Peach

Lunch:
Seared Scallops w/Butternut Squash Puree
Smoothie w/Water, Spinach, Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries, Mango, Peach, and Freshly
Ground Flax Seed

Snack:
Toasted "Nutty Bread"
Dried Mango

Dinner:
Red Leaf Lettuce Wrapped Buffalo Burger w/Heirloom Tomato
