Basil-Macadamia Nut Pesto

4oz Fresh Basil
1/4 Cup Dry Roasted Macadamia Nuts (also try w/Pistachios)
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic (I like Penzeys)
Sea Salt, to taste

  1. In a food processor, combine the basil, macadamia nuts, garlic, and salt. Pulse until ground to a fine paste, about 1 minute. 
  2. With the machine running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the desired consistency is reached. 
  3. Adjust seasoning to taste.
