Yoga (60 Minutes) at The Mat Yoga Studio
Scott and I are going to start incorporating yoga into our workout routine. We have a CrossFit friend who owns this great studio, across the street from our gym, CrossFit Richardson, so tonight we decided to check it out. What a great studio and class! We left sweaty, rejuvenated, and feeling amazing! Yeah yoga!!
