Maui Day 3

Breakfast:
Eggs Florentine w/Two Poached Eggs, 1/2 English Muffin
Tropical Smoothie w/Mango, Papaya, Pineapple, Strawberry, and Banana

Lunch:
One Fish Taco w/Shredded Cabbage and Tomatillo Salsa from Maui Tacos

Dinner:
Seared Scallops
Kona Kampachi w/Strawberry-Mint Ratatouille


Libations:
Blue Basil Martini (Vodka, Fresh Blueberries, Lemon, and Basil)
Glass of Schramsburg Blanc de Blanc
1/2 Bottle of Cain Five Meritage

This was by far one of the best eating experiences I have ever had! The view of the ocean, the food and drink, our server, and of course...my date! We had the best time and ate some really incredible food. Dinner and drinks were enjoyed at The Ritz-Carlton in Kapalua where everything from the basil in my martini to the locally caught Kampachi were amazingly fresh and delicious! I was a little nervous about the strawberry-mint ratatouille, which added strawberry and mint to the otherwise hearty mixture of eggplant, zucchini, squash, and peppers...sounds strange, but was actually surprisingly perfect! I'll definitely have to recreate this meal at home.
