Two Sliced Heirloom Tomatoes w/Basil
Red Leaf Lettuce Wrapped Wild Salmon
Dinner:
Mixed Greens w/Baby Heirloom Tomatoes, Cucumber, Sunflower Seeds, Lemon , and EVOO
I was experimenting with and testing/tasting a few recipes, so that added to my dinner as well...more on those recipes tomorrow!
