Yoga and A Quick-Fix Dinner

Breakfast:
Three Eggs Scrambled w/Goat's Milk Butter
Banana

Lunch:
Diestel Chipotle Turkey Breast (5oz)
Avocado (1/4 Large)
Small Gala Apple

Dinner:
El Queso Burrito Bowl w/Julienned Veggies from Whole Foods

  1. Start with Lettuce
  2. Add Meat (I like Grilled Chicken, Scott orders double meat with Grilled Chicken and Steak)
  3. Add Salsa, Cilantro, and Guacamole
  4. Add Julienned Veggies on top

YUM!

Yoga (60 Minutes)
