1/4 Cup Dry Roasted Macadamia Nuts
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic (I like Penzeys)
Sea Salt, to taste
- In a food processor, combine the basil, macadamia nuts, garlic, and salt. Pulse until ground to a fine paste, about 1 minute.
- With the machine running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the desired consistency is reached.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.

My husband and I have made this before to put on our fish. So good!!!
